How to deal with common problems in the classroom?

Nowadays, teachers face different situations in the classroom, but now you know that exist laws that don´t allow you to apply disciple as teacher did in the past.
You must respect your students, and talk in a soft way. The most commond problem in the classroom is the typical trouble maker. They are really a headache. Poor teachers try to invent new metodologies to help them, but sometimes it doesn´t work.
As teachers we punish students who are trouble makers. Do you think it works very well?
The answer is no. Because if you punish trouble makers they think they can not do things well, or maybe you don´t like them.
Try to help your students. Give some responsabilities for them. If you do it, they will feel important, and they will try to respond you in a positive way.

  1. Unfortunately vane, the laws don't permit teachers to do their job with freedom because they can get in troubles with the police. I disagree with those laws in our country because that is making students to do what they want without respect.
Teachers can look for different ways in order to make them to work with discipline, but I know it's not going to be a easy path. They have to work very careful, otherwise they will have problems

  3. In our country, it´s very difficult to handle these situations because teachers are limited by the Lepina law which protect the students to any abuse, teenagers are the most benefit with this law, and the teacher doesn´t develop his role as well. But I guess that with a good attitude and using strategies, teachers can obtain better results, As teachers we can advice our students or talk with them about their personal problems, but sometimes it will be difficult, they are teenagers and it´s not an easy job, sometimes teachers don´t know what to do, but they can look for ways to work with this problems or asking help to teacher with more experience, talking with parents, etc. Even if these don´t work, don´t get frustrated. The best we can do as teachers is try to handle this situations in the best possible way and look for solutions.

  4. That is true vane because today the law protect children and it is more difficult to lead students with a set of rules that teachers want that they follow, so students rarely pay attention to teachers, so nowadays teachers must be more creatives so that students feel motivated in class and participate more.
