How to deal with common problems in the classroom?

Nowadays, teachers face different situations in the classroom, but now you know that exist laws that don´t allow you to apply disciple as teacher did in the past.
You must respect your students, and talk in a soft way. The most commond problem in the classroom is the typical trouble maker. They are really a headache. Poor teachers try to invent new metodologies to help them, but sometimes it doesn´t work.
As teachers we punish students who are trouble makers. Do you think it works very well?
The answer is no. Because if you punish trouble makers they think they can not do things well, or maybe you don´t like them.
 Try to help your students. Give some responsabilities for them. If you do it, they will feel important, and they will try to respond you in a positive way.

My first teaching practicum 

I think that teaching is a nice job, but at the moment to be infront of the students you feel nervous. When the class participate with your activities you feel really well.
 I liked my first experience, but I know I have some things to correct in my second class. I need to be more interactive with the students, I must monitor them more, and the more important; I need to look for activities that improve their needs.
When I was infront of them I forgot some words. I hate that situation because it is uncomfortable.
I hope that my second experience gives me more motivation.
I cannot deny that my grade was not so satisfactory for me. I must work harder to get what I want.

There are many ways to use voice threads in the classroom. Teachers can use this resource because it´s for free the first five times, but then they must to pay for it. 
You can create the five voice threads you consider will be necessary for you, and keep it for your students. Then you can present them to your classmates. They will feel comfortable and motivated to take your classes because it will be something new for them. I like you can record your voice; it add a personal style to your presentations. Also you can add some lines to your pictures if you want to enhance an image. Remember that technology can make your classes more interesting, so take advantage of it. :)

Power Point or Prezi ...

In my opinion, I prefer to use Power Point than Prezi because I know how to use it. I can do more things with Power Point, but I am sure that Prezi can be more attractive because it´s different at the moment to present it.
